Return and Refund
Not happy with your product? No problem!
You have 14 days to return your product to our warehouse. Please email@example.com to announce your return and receive the return address.
Please note that we don't offer return labels and that you have to return items at your own expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Identification of a damaged product
A product only qualifies for a refund if it arrives damaged or defective at the place of delivery. We do not accept used products or products that have been damaged during use or while opening the packaging. We must be able to determine with certainty that the product delivered is damaged or has a defect that cannot be rectified and that there is solely a defective functionality of the product. We do not accept products as a refund if they do not work due to incorrect operation (e.g. wrong charger). If you need help operating the product, please contact our customer service. For a refund, the product as well as the packaging and included items must be in the original condition.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return via E-Mail, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to deny any refund that doesn't meet with our policies. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
